Hi, I asked support for help to get me back to my levels after I changed cell phone....now I'm curious if by chance I should change device later on. How does the game work, will the game save my progress or will I have to do something to avoid it? to always contact support?

Before you change your phone make sure you save your game and use up all your boosters as these will not transfer to a new phone. Your saved progress and gold bars will transfer, but make sure you know your login and password! You will have to log back in on the new phone.
. If you have an iPhone you can back up to icloud or make a direct transfer from old phone and that way your boosters may transfer.
