Why am I no longer getting ad's bonuses
I don't get it, there were posts on here from 2019 saying promotional ads were in test back then, I've had the bonus ad's for a least 5 years and all of a sudden they have stopped, what's really going on?

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.

The spinach/bok choy ad doesn't work and keeps crashing. It's very annoying. I'm no longer getting any extra moves, boosters, or levels. The game is unplayable without it. Like so many others, I just keep getting that ad. Please remove this ad so the game becomes playable again. Thanks in advance.
