Cannot connect to App Store on my tablet

For the last 3 days I have been unable to connect to the app store at the end of a game. This has prevented me from using coins to buy extra moves and also to be able to use any items in my inventory to use within any game. Today I was given a bonus of 15 minutes for a free switch but cannot access it at all. Any idea how to overcome this.

Make sure that your game app is updated to latest version.
Check if you have latest system updates on your device.Try different connection wifi or mobile data . Logout and login back into your app store account. Hope it works. Thank you

I am having the same issue with my Kindle. I can't access my coins at the end of the game. I have used two different Wi-Fi's, restarted three times, even uninstalled and reinstalled the game ( which made me lose my boosters) and still can't get to my gold bars. It has been this way for four days. Ugh...
