CANCEL Candy Crush Purchase PLEASE

Your messages mislead people into ‘purchasing’ stuff during Candy Crush!! I want to CANCEL THIS CANDY CRUSH PURCHASE! It’s taking all money from my credit card account and I can’t stop it. HELP HELP HELP

I would urge you to contact —> Apple Support team (same link I gave above) and ask for full refund.

I will ask our Community In-charge tomorrow and ask if they can find out why you were being charged even after deleting your game account!

I would just like to point out that I am a player just like yourself and I did find your comment in the other thread that has since been closed quite threatening. I had misunderstood your post and gave you inappropriate advice, but to attack another player like that and ask me to personally refund your money so rudely was a bit of a shock. This forum is all players and all we can do is give advice. Anyway I am glad you managed to get it sorted with Apple and enjoy your weekend.

Called Apple, after trying a bunch of options for about an hour, we finally resolved the problem! Apple removed the “open charges” and we fixed everything. Thank you again 🙏🏼🥰

I will try again…but since the app keeps charging me, I deleted the app and credit card from my wallet…I get a note that there are “no pending refunds”

Once again, I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing with the purchases. Why are you not able to log into the game? What is restricting you?

Since you are on Apple device, to cancel these purchases and get the refund, it is best to contact Apple Support team. You should be able to do this directly from your game itself! But, I am not sure whether it works or not as you are not able to log into the game!!

If you would like to try, these are the steps to follow⬇️

Click on the Pink Cogwheel (gear icon) located in the bottom left corner of Candy Crush Saga game "Home" screen;
Click on the ? icon in "Settings" window;
You will open the Help Center in the game - scroll down to "My Purchases" and click on it;
Scroll down to 10th option - "why haven't I received a purchase on my Apple Device" and click on it;
Follow the suggestions provided there.

OR

For a full refund —> please contact the Apple Support Team directly. (click on these Green lettered link).

Once this issue is resolved and you receive all your money back, let's see what's going on with your game account and why you are not able to log in.

Thank you so much for understanding…kept getting an automated reply that doesn’t work.

I didn’t receive these…I actually cancelled the ‘purchasing’ process…but I guess that didn’t go through because I kept being charged on my Credit Card…and got charged a lot of money for ‘card declined’
