I have just retrieved my account and I dont have access to ads and boosters

Did you reinstall your game? That would be the reason for not having any boosters!

As for the Ads - it is one of the special feature that's moved from players to players after certain period of time. That can be why you are not seeing Ads!
But, you said you "just retrieved your account"! So, please play few levels and and see if the Ads come back!
