There is no way to ask for help in your game @lonely_123 . But if you are stuck on a level and need advice, then please let us know which level you are stuck on and we can help you out with some advice, but that is all that is possible to do I am afraid.
I don't have a help icon in my game. How?
Have you got the new Help A Friend feature in your game @lonely_123
If you do please note that just because you have the feature it doesn't mean you will receive any help.
If you have the feature and use it then a friend will have to complete a hard level of their own. If they complete the level you will receive boosters for use on the level you are stuck at.
Sending a help request to a friend doesn't mean they will help you though as it is their choice.
