I am sorry to say that I could not understand the issue you are experiencing except that you are having a connection issue!!
Can you please provide more details… starting with which device you are using? Are you not able to connect to the game itself OR to the candy Store?
Do you see an error message when you try to connect to the game/store? Can you post a screenshot of that error message?
