I am sorry but there is no way you can do that.
There have been many posts about this "Help a friend" feature, but I can't find any of them.
The bottom line is: It helps no one. You get nothing for helping your friends. Your friends may get some boosters but that's all. You can't request to be helped. Your friends can't request to be helped.
