I have wasted 26 gold coins continuing the level 8309 trying to unfreeze the frog to beat this level and wind the next race. Please help! Notice the frogs eyes are crossed

Your frog is charged. Have you tried clicking on it?
There is a longstanding issue with the frog, sometimes it is fully charged but for some reason is not glowing. Despite that, it still works and you CAN move it anywhere you want by clicking on it.

Is there a moderator on the forum anymore? This glitch just started today, the new levels that were just added are not syncing across my devices. All are up to date.
