Game is shaded in grey

I am unable to access the game in my pc (Windows 10) since Saturday. The game becomes grey after I log into it and I can't play it. I reinstalled the app but it only worked one time and the next time when I logged in, the same problem occurred. Is there a glitch in the game?

Looks like the “Grey screen” is going to stay in the grey area and won’t let us find the reason for the glitch 😂

I am sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing in your game!

We have received few complaints about this issue, which were resolved by itself after a week or so!! Just like you did, those players also tried many things including reinstalling the App! Nothing helped but, the glitch was cleared by itself after a week or so (even those players could not explain how the glitch was resolved 😅)!!

I am guessing that's what will happen in your game too! But, I will report to our Community In-charge anyway! Can you tell me if you are using only on Windows 10 or another device too?

If you have Facebook account, can you open the game on Facebook browser and see if it works or not?
