I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!
Can you please try —> log out of the game — close the App — restart your device after shutting it down for about 5 to 10 minutes — reopen the App and log back in — replay an old level — go back to the Map screen and check your friends list. See if it brings back your friends or not!
