Since two days why the ADS are not playing .whenever I tried to Play ads the screen becomes blank.what should I do.?

Are you experiencing that issue with all of the Ads or just a single Ads? Are you able to see which Ad it is, or the Black screen appears as soon as you select to watch the Ads? Which device are you using? Do you have the latest version of Candy Crush Saga? How about the software on your device?
