Hi, i paid 10 golds for the boosters and i passed the phase but when i went back to the hub it said that i didn’t pass the phase and i lost my 10 golds

I am sorry to hear about the glitch in your game! After you have finished that level, did your game crash OR froze?

Looks like you are using an iPhone! Please send a complaint to the King Player Support team and report about the issue. You can follow below steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of the Game Map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
• Scroll down all the way to "New Levels / Level Help" and click on it;
• In the given options, you should see "I passed a level - why didn't it move me forward"! Click on it;
• Check the suggestions & tips provided there and if nothing helped, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
• Fill the form and send your complaint.
