What should I do

Question

I noticed I don't receive lives from from but they can ask me but I jave no Idea if they get them. I'm competing with a friend who I rarely see on the map but he can see me. I'm able to watch a short ad for candies and extra moves and he can't.  When I try to ask him for a life it says connection issues. With other players it doesn't say that. How can I get the support I need to make this game fun. We don't want to compete on a different game. Someone help

I think this sounds like your own game is having no connection problem, but that of this particular friend is. In my experience Candy Crush malfunctions whenever I use a weak wifi system or mobile data that is not good enough for streaming. The game is very power hungry and won't function properly with some older devices and on a busy shared wifi network. That of your friend is probably not as strong as yours I would suspect.

It looks like you have asked this question yesterday also —> Here!  Did you contact the Player Support team as suggested in the reply you have received?  If so, did the Player Support team get back to you and provided any assistance?
