Cause of an technical issue appears on your site I wasn't able to buy some items to pass the next level and I lost more then 100 golden bars. This is not the first time! Thanks for your time!

I would say no! But lately, there are few issues I have been noticing pertaining to receiving rewards!

For the issue with Candy Royale in your game - I would suggest you to contact the King Player Support team and send them a complaint about the issue. I am assuming that you are using a mobile device. If so, you can send your complaint directly from your game.

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of the game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in the Settings window;
• In the Help Center, go down to "Events" and click on it;
• Scroll down to "Candy Royale" and click on it;
• Check if there is anything mentioned about the issue you are experiencing. It not, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
• Fill out the form and submit your complaint.
