Video adds that helps in boosters extra lives and steps are not available for very long. How long it would take to resolve this issue?

This is not an issue @Shoaib_Sheikh . The video ads are not in every player's game and may come and go. We are all in different test groups and many of us don't get ads. Mine disappear from time to time and then may reappear (but only if you don't spend any real money on the game!). It is intended by the way the game is run, so nothing that needs fixing and nothing you can do to get them back, except make sure to never spend real money on the game. Players who spend real money lose the chance to see ads for free boosters.

Thank you for the feedback. The video ad feature as all ads and promotional features is still a test feature in the game, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Boosters or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ads will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when the ads are back.
