Eu comprei barrinhas de ouro duas vezes mais elas n entrou no meu jogo tenho comprovante da compra no estrato do banco e da msg no e-mail que vcs mandaram mais na hora de joga n chegou nada

If you are using a mobile device, you can send a complaint directly from your game, which will be quick to resolve the issue⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
• In the Help Center, go down to "My Purchases" and click on it;
• You will see the option "I did not receive my purchases" - click on it;
• Follow the steps & instructions provided there.
