I even tried restarting my device iPad, it’s the same problem??

Make sure that your game app is updated to latest version.

The server was down when you posted this yesterday, and it was fixed an hour or so later, so you should not need to do anything and everything should be back to normal now.
restarting the device is good, but it isn't helpful because I listened to the news says due to problems with 3 undersea fiber optic cable lines, so the internet speed was too slow or cannot connect it.
