Try contacting King Support for this. It may be that you lost out on your CandyRoyale win when King's server broke down yesterday for a few hours. Contact Support via the app: Go to settings (the small pink cogwheel) then tap the ? icon and scroll through the options until you see "contact us" at the bottom.
