This grey screen has been an issue that is experienced by few players every now and then!
Unfortunately, nobody knows why this glitch occurs and there is nothing you can do either, because that Grey screen disappears on its own and you will be able to play again!
Some players had it for a day, and some for a couple of days and some for a week (max)!! So, until it gets resolved by itself, all you can do wait!! Please see if you can open the game on another computer / laptop OR a smart phone, so that you won't lose your Daily Treat Machine bonus!!
