I am sorry to hear about the issue with the Ads in your game! Is it same Ad that has been freezing or various Ads?

If it is one particular Ad, then it is definitely an issue in the game itself! You will have to contact King Player Support team to report the Ad. Please follow below steps⬇️

Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of the game map screen;
Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
In the Help Center, scroll down all the way to "Privacy & Terms" and click on it;
The first option is to report an Ad. Click on it and follow the steps & suggestions provided there.

If you need further assistance with anything else, please type below🍫🍫
