on numerous games an impossible move is suggested . If you can’t find a move you have to cancel the game. This has been reported a lot of times and nothing has been done

Hello and welcome to the community. It is true that on boards where there is ice present the game appears to suggest moving a candy which is under the ice to make a match, but the candy under the ice cannot be moved. However, the same match CAN be made by moving a different candy into the ice to make that same match, so if the game does not reshuffle, then there is always a possible move and there is no need to cancel the game! It has been "reported" a few times, and I have answered several posts on this matter but so far have always been able to point out a move that can be made. So please show us a screenshot of the impossible move and I will try and help you work out which move is possible.
