If you are playing on a mobile device or the App version on Windows 10/11, please follow below steps⬇️

* Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
* Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
* In the Help Center, go down to "My Purchases" and click on it;
* Scroll down to the option "I haven't received my purchased items…" and click on it;
* Follow the steps & suggestions provided there.
