I am very sorry to hear about the issue with the purchases in your game! For this issue to be resolved quickly, you will have to send a complaint directly from the game.

I am assuming that you are playing on a mobile device. If so, please follow below steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
• In the Help Center, go down to "My Purchases" and click on it;
• Scroll down to "I did not receive my purchased items…." and click on it;
• Follow the steps & suggestions provided there.
