No connection to App Store for nearly 3 weeks

I am getting very fed up with this problem. Can anyone please help?

I cannot connect to the App Store at all. Just says error connecting to App store. means that I cannot use my gold bars to buy extra lives etc etc. This has been going on for 18 days - my stats show when I 'last played' despite the fact that I am trying to play dailyt.
I am using a desktop pc running Windows 11 - all is comletely up to date. I have removed cookies. Shut down, restarted, Logged out & logged in again but nothing works. I have also uninstalled the app on my phone in case there was a conflict.

Does anyone know what I can do before I stopplayng the game altogether?

Make sure your device is connected to the internet. Make sure that your game app is updated to latest version.

Check if you have latest system updates on your device.Try different connection wifi or mobile data . Logout and login back into your play store account

Start by checking device system status, then check for internet connectivity issues, VPNs interfering, time and date settings, DNS errors, outdated software, or network settings. You might also want to try restarting your device and signing out of the App Store.

If no other devices can access the internet, turn off your Wi-Fi router, then turn it on again to reset it. If don't work please mail player support area bottom of the page contact us mention your game I'd and problem details. Thank you for joining us, have a good day
