Please send a complaint directly from your game to resolve the issue by following below steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
• In the Help Center, scroll down to "My Purchases" and click on it;
• Look for the option "I did not receive my purchases…." and click on it;
• Follow the steps & instructions provided there.
