We have received this complaints from some other players as well! The issue was reported to the Candy Studio last week and they are working on it for a fix. Hopefully, it will be resolved soon. Please keep an eye on our main thread for an update by our Community In-charge, where we are compiling all the complaints —> Cannot play Music while playing Candy Crush

Hello @Lutunda there is an issue at the moment that prevents third party applications being used whilst Candy Crush is open
King is invest the issue, but until the issue is fixed all we can do is wait.
