Ad videos are just an additional feature which the game studios keep testing by moving from one group to another group. So, if it is moved from your game, it has reached to some other player. But, you have received it once, you will receive it again. Just a matter of time!
With regards to the issue with receiving Gold Bars & rewards β> can you please explain a bit more? From which event did you not receive the Gold Bars? Which device are you using? How long has it been going on? Which version of the game App do you have right now?
