Is your profile picture & your name missing from the "Player Card" or from the Profile screen or from the game map screen? It could be just a temporary server issue or weak connection!
Please try this —> log out of the game — close the App — shutdown your device for 5 to 10 minutes & restart it — reopen the App and log back in — wait for few minutes and replay a level — now, check in the area where your profile pic & name were missing and see if they are back or not!
