Candy crush keeps crashing. I’ve tried turning my phone off and on, soft resetting and uninstalling and reinstalling the app (which caused me to lose special moves and lives I had saved up) and nothing has worked. I can’t contact support through the app because when I load the game up the screen goes dark and won’t allow me to press on anything.
