Sorry to hear about the charge. For a refund, you'll need to request it directly through your Apple iTunes account, as King does not handle refunds directly. Here’s how to do it:

Open iTunes: Go to the iTunes Store on your device.
View Your Account: Click on your Apple ID at the top of the screen, then select "View Apple ID". You might need to sign in.
Purchase History: Scroll down to find "Purchase History" and click on "See All".
Find the Purchase: Locate the purchase for Candy Crush Saga.
Report a Problem: Click on "Report a Problem" next to the purchase and follow the instructions to request a refund.

Alternatively, you can visit the Apple Support website to report a problem and request a refund.

For the charge in your game, you will have to send a complaint directly from your game and Apple will take care of it. Please follow below steps⬇️

Click on the Pink cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
Click on the ? icon located in Settings window;
In the Help Center, go down to "My Purchases" and click on it;
Select the option that fits best with the issue in your game and click on it;
Follow the steps & suggestions provided there.
