All you need to do is to download the App on your new phone and log in with the same account details you have used on your old phone.
As soon as you log in, you will find your game progress and the Gold bars on your new phone. But, your boosters & Lives won’t be transferred as those are stored to the local memory of the device. You will have to continue to play the game on your old phone and use up all those boosters.
