There was a glitch in this feature on Wednesday, which was corrected already! Can you please make sure that you have updated your game App to the latest version?
With regards the missing rewards, you will have to contact King Player Support team and send a complaint about the issue. Do you need help with sending your complaint? If so, I need to know your device for me to provide proper steps!
