I am sorry to say that I am a bit confused with your question!!
(1) Are you asking how to ask other friends to help with your level OR (2) How to help friends that are stuck on a level?
(1) If you are asking how to ask your friends to help with your level —> The answer is - no, you cannot ask your friends to pass your level. It is the game system that sends us the requests for our friends. Our friends do not even know that we have their requests in our game!!
(2) If you asking how to help a friend by playing their level —> You will see the requests in your Friends' list. Check if you can help any of the friends by playing their levels. Please note that, you are actually not "winning" their level! But, by playing their level and winning it, you will be sending some helping boosters towards them to help when they are playing that level. (I know it sounds confusing😅)!!

The players will see "Help" button next to a friend in "Friends" tab when they open their avatar frame. After clicking "Help" button, they will have total of 5 attempts to play the level that friend is stuck in. and If you have feature Help Friends in the game , Your Friends List can Help you
