Hello, I'm having problems with my account, I can't recover my sweet bonuses. I bought a new cell phone, however, when logging into my account on the new cell phone I only recovered my gold bars, however, all the sweet bonuses were gone. My account is zero, could you help me recover? I even have a print of my bonuses.

There is nothing wrong in your game! That's how the King Saga games work!
If we change the device we are using OR reinstall the game, all the saved lives and stored boosters will not be transferred/reinstalled! But, if you still have your old phone, all the boosters will be intact on that device. Please continue to play on your old phone and use up all those handy boosters. Then, start playing on your new phone.
