my friend is not receiving lives I send him and it isn’t showing me when he request? It use to but stopped. Can anyone tell me what’s going on?

I am sorry to hear about the issue! We have received few complaints about not receiving lives!
Can you please tell me which device you are using to play the game? Do you have any lives at all in your envelope? Is it greyed out? Can you post a screenshot of your envelope after you open it?
