Ive send lives to my friend in the game but she can no longer receive them

Few other players also complained about this issue!
One thing I found out is that, if our Envelope has 200 lives, then, we cannot receive anymore lives!!
If that is not the case, I would suggest you to contact King Player Support team and send a complaint. If you are using a mobile device, you can send your complaint directly from the game.
