How do I connect my Facebook account to my king account it will not let me merge the 2
I have the same question about merging Facebook and King accounts.
I currently sync via Facebook. I have tried the steps listed above and it never works.
When I log out of my profile from the game on Android, the game then resets my progress back to level 1.
I signed up for a King account and logged in, it was also set on level 1 and never synced.
I have contacted "support" and they have been less than worthless.
Any help is appreciated.
Hello @Kagura_110 if you are already playing using a Facebook account and a King account then it is not possible for you to merge them yourself. You can't merge separate accounts.
The game's synchronisation works by you using one email address and password across all devices and platforms.
If you only want to have one account then you will have to contact King Player Support and they will merge the accounts for you. You may not keep all of your gold and boosters as they will tell you that it is not possible to transfer such things from one account to another.

Sorry about the previous response as the steps recommended does not work anymore so that is why you are having an issue finding this but, you can still do it from the game app.
To create a King account from the game app:
Once complete, your game progress will be saved, and you’ll be able to play across different devices.

In the top-right corner, click "Settings"
This does not exist for me in King.com, when I press my icon in the top right of the screen (I am logged into the King.com site). A white box populates and lists the following my username my email
Account & Privacy Settings
Assuming the option has been renamed from "settings" to "Account & Privacy Settings" I click it to see no option on the page for "account" or "score and progression sync". Please let me know where these options have been moved to.

Are you asking how to sync your Facebook account and the King account? Do you already have a King account or do you need to create one?
You said "it will not let me merge the 2 accounts"!! Can you please explain what's going on? Do you see any error messages when you try to sync the accounts?

As soon as I got to this level it gave me an error message 'unable to win level' and kicked me out. I tried again a few times and same message. How do I get past this level? It says level needs yellow candies and no yellow candies show up so I can't even play it.
