Are you asking how to sync your Facebook account and the King account? Do you already have a King account or do you need to create one?
You said "it will not let me merge the 2 accounts"!! Can you please explain what's going on? Do you see any error messages when you try to sync the accounts?

In the top-right corner, click "Settings"
This does not exist for me in King.com, when I press my icon in the top right of the screen (I am logged into the King.com site). A white box populates and lists the following
my username
my emailAccount & Privacy Settings
Assuming the option has been renamed from "settings" to "Account & Privacy Settings" I click it to see no option on the page for "account" or "score and progression sync".
Please let me know where these options have been moved to.1 -

Sorry about the previous response as the steps recommended does not work anymore so that is why you are having an issue finding this but, you can still do it from the game app.
To create a King account from the game app:
- Open the game app and tap the gear icon (Settings) in the bottom corner.
- Tap My Profile.
- Choose Sign Up with Email.
- Enter your email address and create a password.
- Tap Create Account.
Once complete, your game progress will be saved, and you’ll be able to play across different devices.
If you run into issues, contact our Player Support Team for help.
How to contact Player Support via the game app:
- Open the game and tap the gear icon (Settings).
- Tap the "?" (Help Center).
- Select the topic of the issue that fits your issue and then scroll all the way down and tap Contact Us.
- Fill out the form with details about your issue and submit it.

Hello @Kagura_110 if you are already playing using a Facebook account and a King account then it is not possible for you to merge them yourself. You can't merge separate accounts.
The game's synchronisation works by you using one email address and password across all devices and platforms.
If you only want to have one account then you will have to contact King Player Support and they will merge the accounts for you. You may not keep all of your gold and boosters as they will tell you that it is not possible to transfer such things from one account to another.

I have the same question about merging Facebook and King accounts.
I currently sync via Facebook. I have tried the steps listed above and it never works.
When I log out of my profile from the game on Android, the game then resets my progress back to level 1.
I signed up for a King account and logged in, it was also set on level 1 and never synced.
I have contacted "support" and they have been less than worthless.
Any help is appreciated.
