I am trying to log in to my account through the microsoft store but it won't allow me to log out or log in and the profile picture is not mine. When I try to log in with Facebook (which I always have done), it says success but in red it says Security Warning. Please treat the URL above as you would your password…..

    I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!

    First, please check if there are any pending updates to the game App, and also to the Microsoft Store as well as your computer. If you find any, please install the updates, which might help with the issue.


    If we are logged out of the game, we cannot see our profile picture as we are a stranger to the game. So, that might be the reason you are not seeing profile picture!!


    Please check for the updates and let me know how it goes.

    How do I check for updates? Also, I am trying to log in to my account by Facebook as I always do. It says Success and then says Security Warning as I indicated in the initial question. I'm not sure how to log in without getting this message and the option to proceed..

    Have you managed to sort the problem out? I had that message about 2 weeks ago and i uninstalled then installed the game and it worked fine. Yesterday i logged out of candy crush and now when i try to retrieve my progress i am getting the message again. Uninstalled reinstalled and still the same message. i have had support helping me but to no avail.
