Please send a complaint directly from your game itself to enquire about the issue, by following below steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in the Settings screen;
• In the Help Center, scroll down to "My Purchases" and click on it;
• Now, scroll down to the option "did not receive my purchased items" and click on it;
• Follow the instructions & steps provided there.
