If you are using mobile device or the App version on Windows 10/11, please follow below steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
• In the Help Center, go down to "My Purchases" and click on it;
• Select the option "I did not receive my purchases…." and click on it;
• Follow the steps provided there.
