I lose my gold race in level 11639 cuz from begging of the game no move to do.

Hello @hadizaben once you get bounced out of the Candy Royale there is no way of being added back into the same race. This is annoying when you are bounced out due to a game issue rather than you losing the level
It sounds like you encountered what is called an Oops level.
If you have any screenshots of the issue you should contact King Player Support to see if they will offer you some compensation for your loss. They won't reinstate your Candy Royale progress but they might give you some boosters or gold. This is especially true if you spent any money whilst playing the Candy Royale.

Please do the standard trouble shooting by log out, update your game application, restart your device and login, if playing through browser please clear cache/ history. And login again.
After login again whatever bonus feature you will get that is currently available in your game. Other than that, features might be temporarily unavailable as features come and go. They are not the permanent part of the game and can be replaced or unavailable at any time. Always keep your game up to date and hopefully it might returns to your game
