Since it has been few hours you posted this complaint, I am hoping that you have received the items from your bundle!

If you did not by any chance, I would suggest you to contact the Apple Support directly!

You can also send a complaint through your game by following below steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
• In the Help Center, scroll down to "My Purchases" and click on it;
• Select the option "I did not receive my purchased items…." and click on it;
• Follow the steps & suggestions provided there.
