I am sorry to hear about the issue with the Chocolate Box in your game! We have received multiple complaints and the Candy team is investigating the issue.
Since you are playing on a mobile device, please check your App Store for any latest updates. There could be one as today is the day for release of latest levels!
If you did not find any update, try to close the game — shutdown your device — restart it after 5 minutes or so — go to the "Storage" and "offload" the App (do not reinstall). Then reopen the App and check if anything improves.
