Why does CCS only work right on my mobile phone?

I have a Fire tablet: candy crush saga crashes every time I buy a booster, bars, or lives, completely throws me out and restarts. Most often, I lose my money, as well as any opportunities to complete the game and progress in candy royale. I have a new Android tablet: CCS won’t refresh or load correctly unless I turn off WiFi on it. Candy crush saga on my phone performs as it should on my mobile network or WiFi but I don’t want to play it on my phone. I also have CCS on my pc and laptop but these are just too awkward for playing the game. What is up with CCS that it’s not working correctly on either tablet I have using the same WiFi I use on my phone. I’ve restarted, reinstalled, cleared cache and cookies, tried turning off WiFi to go into the game and then turn on WiFi. No joy. The game locks, crashes, won’t refresh or load. I’m on level 5538. Any help here?
