My game has a classic chocolate box stuck with no claim button. I have close down the game and reopen several times to play 1 level

Hello @mcgrottypaul there is no action that a player can use to fix the issue you have with the Chocolate Box. The issue you have described has been reported by a lot of people and we have been told that King is invest the issue.
Normally all you have have to do is restart your game to be able to carry on playing.
on iPhone 12, have logged out shut down phone, no updates on the app that I can see,
