      • Go to your browser settings and clear cache and cookies.
    4. Update the Game: Make sure your game is updated to the latest version. Check the App Store or Google Play Store for updates.
    5. Log Out and Log Back In:
      • Open Candy Crush Saga and go to the settings menu (gear icon).
      • Log out of your King account or Facebook account.
      • Close the game and reopen it.
      • Try logging into your Facebook account again.

    the exact same is happening here. Support is not helpful at all. Approach given by support was to login with the king account and then get the progress that I had made (with the Facebook Account) restored. Once I had done so, the support told me that a restore of the former progress is not possible.

    Dear Support Team - I am losing 13.000 levels here. This is a no go.
