I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game and lost your Gold Bars! Please send a complaint to the King Player Support team following below steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon in Settings window;
• In the Help Center, scroll down to "Purchases & Gold Bars" and click on it;

• From the appeared list, select an option that fits best with the issue;

• Once that option open, scroll down all the way and click on "Contact Us";
• You will have to fill the form and submit your complaint. While filling the form, please make sure to choose the correct Topic & Subtopic for best results

Once you send your complaint, you will be receiving an automated email. It is just an acknowledgement from King. Please send a reply to that automated email itself and an agent will be contacting you within 72 hours (depending on how busy they are)!
