NOTE: If you did not receive rewards from multiple features, you will have to send separate complaints for each feature.
You will be receiving an automated email as their first reply, which is a norm! Please send a reply through that email itself and include as many details as you can. A screen recording or screenshots would help better to build your case. Once you send your reply, an agent will be contacting you within 72 hours (depending on how busy they are)!

But, you did not clarify from which event you did not receive those Gold Bars from!!
For missing rewards, you will have to contact King Player Support team and send a complaint. But, while reporting, you must specify which event/feature you are missing these Gold bars from? We can receive 30 to 40 GB from Episode Race, Candy Royale and Golden Chocolate Box as well!!
Are you playing the game on a mobile device or on Facebook browser (Chrome, Edge, etc.,)?
Multiple Candy Crush games 30 bars, then 40 bars, etc come up but I never receive them, they disappear without using them. That’s what I mean by lost.

When you said "group of game" — did you mean the Episode Race or the Candy Royale? Or is it some other event?
Do you have any screenshots of the pop-ups that says "you won x amount of gold bars"? Can you please post it here, so that I know which event/feature you are talking about?
