Did not receive candy pack

I was just playing candy crush and paid for a candy pack and did not get the items. I did this twice @$5.99. I thought I must've been mistaken, so I did it again. I took pictures this time. This has happened to me a lot but I always let it go as a mental lapse. I was paying attention this time because I had just started to play the game.

This makes me question all of the other times that I paid for items and did not get them. Your tactics are suspect. You don't debit the money as you make the purchase and that is really underhanded.

I am not paying for the "special" pack because I did not get them. I will let apple know what has been going on.

I am sorry to hear that you did not receive your purchased items into your game! Yes! Please do contact the Apple Support, but do it through the game by following below steps⬇️

• Click on the Pink Cogwheel (Gear icon) located in the top right corner of game map screen;
• Click on the ? icon located in Settings window;
• In the Help Center, go down to "My Purchases" and click on it;
• Go down to "I did not receive my purchased items…." and click on it;
• Follow the steps & suggestions provided there.

** Please do not let it go if you do not receive your purchased items! It is your right to enquire and receive those missing items!
